Note we are closed on Wednesdays.  We known this may seem unusual, but this day is used for business management and meetings, records, follow-ups, as well as time for learning new techniques and information so our doctor and staff can keep up to date with the latest information.  Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment time you may be subject to a "no show" fee.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 48 clinic office hours or be subject to a cancellation fee.  We understand things change and you may need to cancel or reschedule but remember that appointment time could be used for another patient so give us as much notice as you can.
