Dr. Melissa Hittinger
MAg, DVM, VSMT
Dr. Hittinger graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture followed by a Masters of Agriculture (MAg) in 2003. In 2007, she graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, SK. More recently, she completed the Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (VSMT) course allowing the addition of chiropractic adjustments for large and small animals to the practice.
Together with her husband, they run a cow calf operation and have two kids. Horses have always been a large part of Melissa's life and she continues to ride and learn new things we she can. She is also a director for the local agricultural society, general leader of the Golden Sunset Beef 4-H Club, and a junior high basketball coach. |
Shelby Coulter

Shelby graduated in 2012 from the Veterinary Technician program at Georgian College in Ontario, became a CCMT (certified canine massage therapist) in 2018 through the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapist. When not at the clinic, she can be found riding her horses, working stock with her cattle dog, snowmobiling, quadding, hiking, camping or just hanging around a bonfire. Shelby is currently on maternity leave. She plans to be back in 2025.

Robyn graduated from the AHT program in 2023 from Lakeland college and is eager to continue her new journey as an RVT at SRVS covering maternity leave. She has a special place in her heart for cattle and dogs.
When she’s not at work you can almost always find her enjoying the outdoors with her fiance and dogs! Either checking pastures, camping, taking in the scenery or playing cards! |
